Policy
How we collect, use and look after the information you share with the studio.
Last updated 12 September 2026
This policy explains what information Arcturne LLC ("Arcturne", "we") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Please contact us if you have questions about how your information is handled.
The short version
We collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form or by email. We use it to reply to you and to run the project if you become a client. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, website, service interest, preferred timeline, and anything you write in an inquiry. If you become a client, this extends to the information needed to do the work — account access, content, invoicing details.
- Submission context. The page that referred you, the page where you submitted, and campaign parameters such as UTM values or a Google click ID when they are present.
- Basic technical information. Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, browser and device type. This is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To send a confirmation when the email service is available.
- To record the inquiry in our configured lead-management workflow.
- To deliver, support and invoice work you have engaged us for.
- To understand which pages of this site are useful, in aggregate.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not share client information with other clients, including as portfolio material, without permission.
- We do not run advertising retargeting from this site.
- We do not add people who inquire to a marketing list. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in.
Service providers
We use a small number of third parties to operate the business — Vercel for website hosting and form processing, Resend for transactional email, and a configured CRM or secure lead webhook when enabled. We may also use analytics, invoicing and file-storage providers. They process information only to provide those services to us. Where a project requires it, we may also work inside platforms you control, such as your hosting account or Google Business Profile.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled it may set a first-party cookie to distinguish repeat visits in aggregate. Pages that embed a third-party service — a booking widget, a map, a video — may set cookies under that provider's own policy.
We use session storage in your browser to remember whether the opening animation has played, the page where your visit started and a recent form-submission receipt. This lets the site avoid repeating the introduction, include submission context and show an accurate request status during your visit.
How long we keep information
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@arcturne.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, for active clients, say so directly.
